1/4 cup butter 1 onion 2 cups water 1 pkg frozen broccoli 5 chicken bouillon cubes 1 can salmon 1 can evaporated milk 1/8 cup cornstarch 4 cups whole milk
Melt butter in pan and sauté onion. Add frozen broccoli and bouillon cubes. Heat until broccoli is done. Add salmon and evaporated milk. Stir in cornstarch. Cook until hot. Stir in rest of milk and cook an addition 2 to 3 minutes before serving. |
