Salmon Pate Recipe 

1/2 cup minced onion
1 can cooked salmon
8 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons dried dill
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a food processor and process until mostly smooth.  Chill mixture in refrigerator for two hours or until very firm.  Shape into desired form and serve on a bed of lettuce with crackers on the side.
