6 tomatoes 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons sugar Dash Salt Dash pepper 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs Oil for pan frying
Wash and cut tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Marinate the tomato slices in olive oil and then sprinkle combination of flour, sugar and seasonings on to both sides of each slice. Now dip tomatoes in olive oil again and then dip in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil till brown. |
