Scalloped Potatoes Recipe 

6 potatoes
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup milk

Peel potatoes and cut into slices about 1/8th inch thick.    Layer potatoes in bottom of oiled casserole dish.  Sprinkle flour, salt, and pepper between layers.  Pour milk in dish after all potatoes are in place.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour covered with aluminum foil.  Then,  remove covering and cook for 15 more minutes to brown the tops of the potatoes.
