1 lb. fresh corned beef 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup chopped onion 8 slices rye bread 2 cups sauerkraut, drained and chopped 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese 3/4 stick margarine
Mix sauerkraut, sour cream, and onions and spread in shallow buttered casserole dish. Crumble meat and spread over top. Spread cheese over meat. Break bread into large crumbs and cover casserole. Pour melted margarine over all and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes to heat through. |
