Smokies and Veggies Casserole Recipe 

5 cups potatoes
2 cups carrots
1 cup onions
3 tablespoons flour
1 lb. little smokies cut in pieces
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk

Combine flour and milk.  Heat on stove to thicken.  Arrange veggies and smokies in a 2 quart casserole dish.  Pour sauce over ingredients.  Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
