1 pre-made pie crust 3 cups blackberries 3/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup all purpose flour 2 cups sour cream 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons flour 2 teaspoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons melted butter
Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour. Whisk in sour cream and vanilla. Place blackberries in pie shell. Pour mixture over blackberries. Combine 2 tablespoons flour, brown sugar and butter into a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle over top of pie before baking. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden. |
