2 pounds squash 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup butter 1/8 teaspoon paprika 1 cup low fat sour cream 1 tablespoon flour 1 diced onion
Peel and cut squash into very small strips. Heat butter in skillet. Place squash in skillet and sprinkle with paprika. Pan fry squash for 20 minutes or until tender. Add sour cream, flour, and onions and simmer on stove for 10 minutes. |
