Sourdough Rolls Recipe 

1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sourdough starter mix

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.  Use a fork to mix the butter into the dry ingredients.  Next, add the sourdough starter and mix well.  Knead dough one time and then allow to rise for 2 to 3 hours.  Turn dough out on floured surface and knead dough again.  Return to bowl and allow to rise for 3 to 4 more hours.  Portion into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.  Top with melted butter.
