8 oz. spaghetti 16 oz. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms 8 oz. cottage cheese, drained 1 lb. ground beef 2 eggs 2 tablespoons shortening 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cook spaghetti and drain. Brown meat and drain fat. Heat spaghetti sauce with meat. Beat eggs well and stir into hot spaghetti with shortening. Pat mixture into 9 x 13 inch greased pan to form a crust. Spread with cottage cheese. Spread hot spaghetti sauce over cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. |
