1 and 1/2 cups spouts(any type) 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoon soy sauce
Add butter and soy sauce to hot skillet and heat till they sizzle. Add fresh sprouts and stir fry for about 30 seconds and then remove from heat. Do not overcook sprouts or they get soggy. You can add other types of finely chopped veggies to diversify the flavors of this dish. |
