4 cups strawberry juice 7 1/2 cups sugar 6 oz. liquid pectin
Heat strawberry juice and sugar to boiling. Take off heat and stir in liquid pectin. Return to heat and stir constantly while strawberry jelly boils for one minute. Pack in jelly jars and water bath for 6 to 8 minutes.
