Stuffed Pork Chop Recipe

6 pork chops suitable for stuffing
1 1/2 cups crumbled cornbread
1 1/2 cups cooked whole kernel corn
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Dash chili powder
3/4 teaspoons sage, ground
1/4 cup grated onion
1/4 cup diced apple
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Heat oil in skillet or pan.  Make a pocket in the pork chops with a knife by cutting along side the bone, or ask your butcher to prepare them for you.  Set pork chops to the side.  Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix until a stuffing is formed.  Stuff pockets of pork chops with an equal amount of stuffing mixture.  Pan fry both sides of each pork chop until brown.  Transfer pork chops to a baking dish and cook them for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
