Swiss Steak Recipe 

1/2 cup flour
2 lbs. round steak
1 cup cooked tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup sliced onions
1 tablespoon oil

Mix flour and all spices.  Press flour mixture into both sides of round steak, creating a thick coating.  Add oil to pan and brown steak on both sides.  Add onions to pan and cook for about 5 minutes to make them tender.    Add tomatoes to pan.  Cover pan and cook in a 325 degree oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until steak is tender and cooked through.
