3 tablespoons quick cook tapioca 1/3 cup sugar 2 egg whites 2 3/4 cup milk 3/4 teaspoon vanilla Pinch nutmeg
In a saucepan, mix tapioca, sugar, egg whites and milk and let stand about 5 minutes. Heat mixture to a boil over medium heat, stir constantly. Take pan off heat and stir in vanilla and nutmeg. Pour into serving bowl and cover with clear wrap. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving. |
