Tomato Fritters Recipe 

6 tomatoes
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Dash Salt
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
Oil for frying

Make a batter by combing all dry ingredients with an egg.  Add milk and oil to batter and beat vigorously.  Cut tomatoes into 2 inch thick slices and dip in batter.  Fry slices in hot oil until browned on both sides.
