1 four pound turkey breast 2 teaspoons seasoning salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 stick butter or margarine Roasting bag
Wash and dry turkey breast. Rub butter all over surface of turkey breast. Make a mixture of salt and spices and sprinkle over surface of breast. Place in roasting bag to keep breast moist during cooking. Place roasting bag into a oven safe pan. Cook in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Check internal temp of breast to make sure temp has reached 170 to 180 degrees before serving. Allow cooked turkey breast to rest for ten to fifteen minutes before serving. |
