Turkey Tea Sandwich Recipe

Butter white or rye bread and toast under oven broiler until slightly crispy.  Spread with prepared turkey salad.  Cut sandwiches into quarters and serve.  You may add a light touch of spicy mustard to the bread to make things interesting.
