4 ounces white chocolate, melted 1/2 cup water 1 cup margarine 2 cups sugar 4 eggs, divided 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups flour 1 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon baking powder
Cream margarine, white chocolate and sugar together. Blend in egg yolks. Blend in flour and baking powder. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake this white chocolate cake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done. |
