Whole Wheat Rolls Recipe 

2 packages instant yeast
1/3 cup warm water (110 degrees)
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups white flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup vegetable shortening

Add yeast and sugar to water.  Set aside.  Combine all dry ingredients and then slowly add in vegetable shortening.  Add yeast and mix well.  Knead dough at least four times and then place in oiled bowl in refrigerator.  Store in refrigerator overnight.  Remove from bowl and punch down dough.  Let stand for 20 minutes.  Portion rolls and place on oiled baking sheet.  Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
