4 cups wild plum juice 7 cups granulated sugar 1 pouch powdered pectin 1 1/4 cups hot water 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine hot water and wild plum juice in sauce pan. Stir in powdered pectin and heat to almost boiling. Stir in granulated sugar and lemon juice. Return to a full rolling boil and cook for one to two minutes. Can as you would any other jelly. |
