Baked Chicken with Gravy
1 can chicken Broth 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( 4 oz. each) 1/2 cup white flour Salt and Black Pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a roasting pan, combine chicken breasts and chicken broth. Bake covered for 40 to 50 minutes until chicken is done. Remove cooked chicken breasts from roasting pan and slowly stir in white flour. Stir over low heat for about one minute until gravy is smooth and not lumpy. Salt and Pepper to taste. Ladle warm chicken gravy over chicken breasts and serve.
